About the Specialist & Activity graduate scheme…
The programme is designed to ensure that the chosen graduates understand how our varied, growing and dynamic sector operates. The graduates will have a real hands on experience of our companies both in the UK and internationally and in return, over the 18 month programme, their potential will be developed to ensure that they have the capability to help us deliver our strategy and future growth plans.
This graduate scheme is a unique way of understanding how the TUI Specialist & Activity sector is made up; with over 100 businesses, all varying in size, culture and product. The graduates will have the chance to undertake projects covering a wide range of disciplines including; finance, customer services, product and marketing, throughout the 18 month programme. All graduates that complete the programme should have what they need to help them become one of TUI’s future business leaders.
Learning about everything from operations, product and marketing the graduates could soon be in a management position, making crucial business decisions and reaping the rewards.
Each graduate will be expected to complete six three-month placements, one in each of the Specialist & Activity Divisions, completing an appropriate project prior to moving to their next assignment.
